If you are not happy with any aspect of our service then simply click the link below and download the complaint form, complete it, and return it to us. Your complaint will be investigated fairly and without prejudice, and you will normally receive an official reply within 10 working days. |

Please note: If a visit by one of our Engineers, Rating or
Conservation Officers is required to establish more facts, this will be arranged
within the 10 working day period, so a resolution to your query would take longer
based on what is found on the visit.
